Fulfilment & shipping
You ship your own stock or forward orders to your supplier. Set domestic and international prices, handling time, delivery estimates, pickup and excluded destinations.
Countries
Build a store from any country. Payouts need a country supported by our payment provider. Choose which countries you deliver to; buyers see if you ship to them.
Payments
Buyers will pay through Stripe, which pays sellers directly. Checkout is switched off until payouts and policies are ready, so nobody is charged early.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free to sell?
Yes, during launch. Creating an account, opening a store and listing products cost $0, with no monthly subscription and 0% ME Marketplace commission. Optional featured listing boosts are the only paid ME extra, and you never have to buy one.
Are there any costs at all?
Third parties may charge you: card payment processing (charged by the payment provider), postage and couriers, supplier or dropshipping services, and any taxes or customs duties in your country. ME Marketplace does not add a fee on top.
Who handles shipping, returns and tax?
You do. Each seller runs their own business: you set your shipping prices and destinations, your returns policy, and you are responsible for any taxes, customs paperwork and licences that apply to you and your products. ME Marketplace provides the store and the tools.
Can buyers purchase from my store today?
Not yet. You can build your store and products now in a private workspace. Buying opens once seller payouts are verified and the shipping, returns and tax/customs rules are finalised. We will not take payments before then.
Which countries can sell?
Sellers from any country can build a store now. To receive payouts, your country must be supported by our payment provider's marketplace onboarding (Stripe Connect covers around 45 countries). Others can still list free classifieds and prepare their store.
What can I sell?
Almost any legal product: car parts, clothing, electronics, tools, furniture, collectables, handmade goods, beauty products and more. Weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen items, recalled products and anything illegal where you or the buyer live are not allowed.
Can I dropship?
Yes, manually: you list the supplier's product, and when buying opens you forward each order to your supplier and add tracking. Automatic supplier imports are not connected yet.
